It stands for Museum of Contemporary Art. http://www.moca.org/ Gaga played here in 2009, and an artist, Francisco Vezzoli, made a poster, in Russian, to commemorate the time and the art he was promoting. This book is the catalog that goes with the exhibit, at which the poster (on the book cover) was displayed. I;m not one hundred percent sure as I was not allowed to be in the store too long (they were closing) and I was reading the Display copy for about a second as I photographed them.
