Posted on February 15, 2010 by Patricia with 3 commentsToday’s Boys, Boys, Boooys! is inspired in this sexy military chic look a bunch of you sent me. Not easy to find a male jumpsuit, much less if it comes to something our girl would wear. But this one I found (also available in black) here is an awesome candidate for you to rock your very personal version of Gaga’s look. Team it up with some fabulous “zips & zippers” boots and your favourite jacket, vest or cape. A great pair of sunglasses is a must! If you’re still looking for some knee high boots, this is your perfect chance to “try” some I found for you. Left: Jet black. Leather upper. Steel toe. 7 adjustable straps with oversized buckes. Side zipper. Impressive! Here Ooor… Right: Lace it all up. 20-eyelets. Leather upper. Steel toe. Paint them. Spray them. Glue lace, chains, glitter, pearls and crystals on them. All yours here More options… Left: Patent. 3.25″ platform. Round toe. 17 eyelets. Side zipper. Stunning. I agree. Not for everybody. And what? Here Middle: Mid platform. Side zipper. Removable metal spikes (!). Clasp-lace. Come with interchangeable straps to meet your moods (black, plaid and cheetah print). Go for them here Right: Another platform patent marvel. Round toe. 16 eyelets. 6 adjustable straps with oversized buckles. Side zipper. Neck breakers. Here I adooore these. These laced up buckled awes come in ivory and beige. And either of them is a perfect match with your jumpsuit. Also a love at first sight? Don’t make them wait any longer then and show them your love here! What you can expect in the next Boys, Boys, Boooys! chapters? Some really great pants and blazers! Below a bunch of ideas. Inspiration in my opinion doesn’t mean you have to reproduce the whole look but base yours on those elements you love. Add your very own touch to it following your personal style and taste. Remember Oscar Wilde’s “Be Yourself, Everyone Else is Already Taken” quote? Everybody can be inspired by anybody. And anybody can be an inspiration for somebody. There are a couple of great things about all the proposals I’m carefully hand picking for you. There’s only one Gaga. And there’s only one YOU. Ladieees… Are you ready? Oooff we go… What about this black hooded bodysuit here This reversible cowl arrived here What about a cute cropped elbow-sleeve hooded jack here or you prefer this hooded shawl vest here? Or cropped cape(let)s? Here and here (also available in white). Hooded leopard print jacket or vest? Faux fur. Here (detachable hood and pom pom accents!), here or here. Dress or cardigan? Here, here or here. Or something for a night out? Metallic cropped super sxy jacket here Which one you love the best? If I find any more hooded candidates for your hood, hoody, hooded look, I’ll let you know Photos vía: Gagadaily/gallery, featured shops Posted on February 1, 2010 by Patricia with 7 commentsEach and every piece Gaga wore yesteraday was custom crafted for her by Giorgio Armani, who loved working with our girl: “We hear Lady Gaga’s music everywhere we go. It is like a soundtrack of our times. In addition to her formidable songwriting skills, she is a modern fashion phenomenon. I am delighted to be creating these outfits on such an important night for her, the Grammys, and I wish her the best of luck”. And here comes the star, wearing this mind blowing spacial creation by Armani Privé. Looove the exquisite orbital wonder with the crystal embellished sheer catsuit underneath. L.O.V.E. from every angle. Would like to see the catsuit “in person”. Looks like it covers the whole body. From head to fingers to shoes (which I wouln’t mind at all walking a mile in). The star was just the perfect final touch for our little big monster star memorable look. Gaga was “honored to be wearing Armani this evening. The series of pieces Mr. Armani created for me are truly iconic; they represent not only beautiful fashion, but my spirit and essence as an artist. Mr. Armani is a fashion legend, and tonight would not have been the same without his touch, and his wonderful team”. How many crystals do you think were used for her green bodysuit? And the coulour… hmmm… sooo beautiful. Plus the combination with the hot pink eyes and lips = deliciousss! Couldn’t believe my eyes this morning (not one of those lucky ones of you who were able to watch the show yesterday) when I saw Lady Gaga and Elton John playing the double sided monster piano (she tweeted about) designed for this special night by Terence Koh! OMG, what a piece! And the last three pieces of the night (here you can see the entire all over body catsuit better): … crystal incrusted molded minidress… … jacket the authentic Galaxy Queen would be green with envy about… … and the lights catching camera loving sparkling origami Philip Treacy for Armani Privé headpiece! For those who asked me about hair and makeup, don’t have any details on products used unfortunatelly but do have the names of the “responsible” gentlemen – Bob Recine and Billy Brasfield respectively. Would love to share more info and details with you guys. Fingers crossed! I’ve been looking everywhere and waiting all day for a better picture but no luck. Didn’t want to let you guys wait any longer ’cause your “please ID”, “I BEG you”, “do you know” e-mails keep raining (lucky me for having such fashion hungry readers!) so here I am, just if you have a better picture, please let me have it. Now! Yesterday fierce weapon literally showered with different kind of studs and spikes outfit was created by OLIMA. “I thought if Lady Gaga is doing punk, she has to do it over the top and to the extreme because punk isn’t about being subtle. The dress is made from a variety of studs not just one kind to keep the look more authentic”. I also asked Oscar O Lima about the leg jewel. The robotic studded leg brace (I would really love to try on) to complement the dress was constructed by fashion stylist Brett Bailey exclusively for our girl. I’m pretty sure you’ll ask me about her hair (that belongs to my personal Gaga top ten hairdos ever chart), about the sunglasses and her nail polish… Please be patient. We’ll get there. Eventually. UPDATE: Wow factor from the scale 0-10? 11! UPDATE: Photos vía: OLIMA, TFS, DailyMail Posted on November 7, 2009 by Patricia with 6 commentsThose who follow FASHION knew the moment they saw the brand new cover of Gaga’s “Dance in the Dark” single, her mask was created by Hotel Gluttony, didn’t they? The only picture available so far is quite LQ, so I can be wrong… but I believe what our girl wears on the cover is the metallic jumpsuit with gold paillettes from Alexander McQueen Fall 2007 “In Memory of Elizabeth Howe, Salem, 1962″ collection. Those of you who visited the Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy exhibition in the MET Museum are just saying they saw this gold marvel “life” as a part of “The Mutant Body”. And now that we magically appeared in the MET Museum, we can’t miss “The Armored Body” part of the exhibition! Why? Because exactly there are another two awesome pieces Gagita wore in her “Paparazzi” videoclip. The famous robot by Thierry Mugler and… … the unforgettable metal bustier dress from Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2007 collection (I’m sure Leon B. – Gaga fan and FASHION reader will love this one!).
