Lady Gaga for Rolling Stone

The newest issue of Rolling Stone goes Gaga. Our girl both covers the magazine and “bares her heart” in an extensive interview.

Kudos to Yannick d’IS and Billy B for the hair and make-up respectively!

I’m sure all of you recognized the iconic “Alejandro” gun bra, custom crafted for Gaga by leatherman David Samuel Menkes.

She completed the look with custom made hand dyed and hand embossed “Lady Vase” platform shoes (with 31 cm high heels!) by Noritaka Tatehana.

As always, I’ve got some exclusive photos of the wonders for you to appreciate the beauty closer.

On the second photo, both of them by Terry Richardson, Gaga wears one of her favourite platform ankle boots with the oversized motorcycle coat you loved so much, Asher Levine custom created for her.

Can’t wait to see the rest of the photos.

Alejandro Fashion, part 6: Alexander McQueen

In the video Gaga wore two custom made pieces by Alexander McQueen.

The first one was the black cloak you’ll remember seeing her rocking during the photo call at the O2 World Arena in Berlin.

Her spectacular binocular crown was created by Nasir Mazhar and I’m sure I’m not the only one who wants to see Gaga wearing it for some of her next photoshoots or performances and be able to appreciate the beauty of this awesome headpiece closer. Until then, what the crown looks like in detail will remain a mystery.

During the funeral of her broken heart procession our girl was walking in an exaggerated hour-glass silhouette ivory dress with black lace (looove her make-up and hair here!) that I believe is…

… an extension of Alexander McQueen‘s Spring 2007 “Sarabande” collection, inspired by Handel’s Sarabande of the title – a majestic and elegant dance – the portraits of Goya, the turn of the century exotic and socialite Marchesa Luisa Casati and garden flowers.

Her bespoke black flowers trapped in lace headdress was created by Philip Treacy for Alexander McQueen. Another piece from Gaga’s ever growing millinery collection I would love to see her wearing again.

Alejandro Fashion, part 1: Jaiden rVa James

I’m trying to get more information, my dear fashion hungry friends, about everything Gaga wore in “Alejandro”. You know how much I love details… and how much I love sharing them with you… so give me some time.

The order of the chapters is going to be totally random.

As you realized, there are many custom made pieces in the video.

This nude-red-black rubber set was designed exclusively for Lady Gaga by Jaiden rVa James, designer duo many of you alredy know and love.

Rasharn d’Vera Agymang and Jaiden James, creative heads and hearts behind Jaiden rVa James, were inspired by “love, death and religion”.

Lady Gaga in Alexander McQueen

Our mysteriously gorgeous Momma Monster attended the photo call at the O2 World Arena in Berlin wearing…

… black custom made Alexander McQueen cloak and her favourite “Night Makers”.

I’m sure many of you will recall Alexander McQueen‘s “The Girl Who Lived In The Tree” collection based on the British Empire, the Queens of England, the Duke of Wellington, toy soldiers and punk princesses…

And the amazing red finale number Lee presented during his Fall 2008 fashion fairy tale,…

… I believe Gagita’s black awe creation was based on.

Monster Ball Tour Interludes, part 3: Jaiden rVa James

You read about Jaiden rVa James on FASHION already. Gaga fell for their white rubber doctors jacket she wore in several occasions and even posed in for Flare magazine.

Design duo Jaiden James and Rasharn de Vera Agyemang of Jaiden rVa James have also custom made several outfits for her dancers – so here is the answer for those of you who wanted to know who created those white leggings, gladiator skirts and harness Gaga’s dancers wore for the VMA performance…

… as well as the Monster Ball Tour sleeveless leather jackets.

Look how beautifully they look together.

One of the masks that made a cameo in the “Manifesto” interlude…

… was one of the Jaiden rVa James Youth by Youth SS 2010 nail covered hoods. Photos by Mari Sarai.

Couldn’t leave you without sharing some photos from Jaiden rVa James AW 2010 collection inspired in “Skin, apocalypse and the dark”.

I’m beyond sure many of my male monster readers will looove this men in black looks.

If I had to chose one I’d go for the no 2!

You?
