The belt is Minoray by Jean Claude Jitrois.

… are from KTZ Fall 2009 collection Gaga really loved. Oh my…
There is another black jacket (Naldo6 loved very much) our girl wore with the same boots.
This one could be Thierry Mugler. But can’t find it anywhere so not 100% sure.
